Brief Summary:
A support order was issued in 1975. The child is now 30.
Due to very hurtful things done by the father (who has paid very little, if any, of the child support over the 18 years for which he was required), the child now wants to go after the father directly for back child support owed.
Under California law, can an adult child recover back child support directly from the father?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
