How to Get a National Retailer Theft Database Report

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Massachusetts
Just wondering, has anyone requested their National Retailer Theft Database report after they complete their diversion program? I just want to know if my name is on it or not by looking at other people' experiences.

As a FCRA-compliant service, they're only obliged to respond to requests from you AFTER you have been turned down for something as a result of one of their reports.

So I have to get rejected by a company first, and then I can request the report?
