Default Expungement Arrest That Was Dismissed

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Texas

I was arrested for a class B misdermeanor in Texas. Two months later the case was dismissed. It states on the dismissal as a reason "DM08: other, Specify: In the Interest of Justice". How long do I have to wait to have my arrest record expunged?

Default Re: Expungement Arrest That Was Dismissed

You either need a court ruling that court the indictment or information was dismissed or quashed because the presentment had been made because of mistake, false information, or other similar reason indicating absence of probable cause at the time of the dismissal to believe the person committed the offense or because it was void, or you need to wait until the statute of limitations expires.
