My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: Texas
Hello All,
I don't go to downtown very often and I'm used to seeing handicap parking marked in the parking spot. That said, when I see a spot without this mark in the spot, I automatically assumed it wasn't handicap and look for whether or not it's pay to park.
So in this mindset, when I look out my dashboard... I only paid attention to the pay to park sign and didn't even notice the handicap sign. Not only that, my parking spot is apparently half pay to park and half reserved parking (this sign was placed in the middle of the parking spot). The fine is $511. Do I have a case or should I just pay the fine?
Best regards,
Kelvin
