My question involves real estate located in the State of: Washington. If someone has signed and filed a quit deed claim of their land and house and the grantee puts only the land in their name but leaves the house in his name who is supposed to pay the land taxes? Cause the grantee is using the money from his house to pay the land taxes that is in her name. This has been going on for years ever since hid sister passed. Their parents died when they were real young leaving them with land and money. Any suggestions on what to do.
