I Want to Sue to Pay No Property Tax

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Arizona.

Hello. I would like to file a law suit in order not to pay property tax. I feel it is my legal obligation to not pay property tax due to the illegal aliens in our schools. By me paying property tax and that tax money going to schools, I am contributing to making it more suitable, hospitable and more reasons for illegal aliens to stay in our schools illegally. Do I have a case?

yes but it isn't a legal one.

If you divest yourself of any real property, you will not have to pay any property tax. That is the only way you will be able to avoid paying property taxes, legally.

You would go to your local courthouse and file suit against your local tax collector. In AZ you would file a "complaint" listing yourself as a plaintiff, and perhaps every other resident of your area if you want it to be a class action. Good luck with that...
