Default My Does My Boyfriend Qualify for the Dream Act

My boyfriend is an illegal alien from Mexico. He came here with his parents (unlawfully) when he was about 4 years old. He was born in July 1993. From what I have read he has met the requirements of: He entered before the age of 16, Living in the U.S for 5 continuous years before the bill's enactment, when the He has graduated from a U.S high school, & I feel he has great character. He's very caring, loving , and responsible. Me and him want to get married. I am pregnant with his babies (twins!) and I don't know what I would do without him. I've been researching about marrying an illegal alien and from his situation, he could be taken away from me & his children for 3 years - that is, IF we get married & apply for a Marriage-Based Visa before his 19th birthday in July. Our twins are due in August. I do NOT want our children (and his first-born son) to go that long without a father. So I was thinking this would be a better choice for our situation. Plus he could really use some college education.

The DREAM Act has not yet been passed.

IF it is ever enacted - and with the current politically popular fear and terror of Brown People, it's pretty unlikely to happen any time soon - these would be the requirements.
