How to Get a OSC Child Support Review Back on Calendar

My question involves a marriage in the state of: California

I had an OSC regarding modification of child support and alimony recently taken off calendar without prejudice by the judge.

1. How do I get it put back on calendar? I have a court date May 11th and I desperately need this to be heard by the court on that day, is it possible?

I have one major problem though....my ex wife has not filed a new Income and Expense declaration in over 16 months and I need her to do that in order to reflect the changes I am basing my request for modification on.

2. Is there a form I can file to force her to file a new FL150?
