My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Washington
Every single time you choose to commit a crime you can potentially be charged and punished.
If you are speaking of "per stop" you should only be able to be charged once per violation, with that being said, officers can charge for multiple statutes if they want to add some tickets.
If you are talking lifetime the answer is - Every time you drive with a suspended or revoked license.
