    Question Modification Child Support 28%/20%

My question involves child support in the State of: Illinois

My ex husband pays me 28% for my 2 boys who live with me and I have to pay him 20% for my girl who wants to live with her dad. Hes working and I am not working. I get SSDI once a month for myself and I also get 2 SSDI once a month for 2 kids. Question: Am I suppose pay him 20% net from 3 incomes or my income without 2 kids' incomes?

    Thanks

You're supposed to do whatever the court has ordered you to do.

If you have gone onto SSD since the court's order, you may want to petition to have the support modified accordingly. Often the child's benefit will take the place of child support.
