Post Sex Offender Expungement for Crime Committed as a Minor

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: California
When i was 15 i was charged with several counts of lewd acts for having sex with a 13 year old boy i have many learning disablities and had no real parental guidance. I also was not taught about the correct ways to have sex. i knew i had a sexual attraction to boys but did not know that what i was doing was wrong can i have my records sealed or destroyed since i had an unfair sentencing. i was ejudicated not convideted
