Colorado DUI Will My Other DUI in Michigan Follow

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado. Will my prior DUI convictions count in Colorado if I just got arrested. My last one was about 7 years ago.

And since I have 3 there in Michigan will count as my fourth here in Colorado?

I'm not sure what you mean when you ask will your prior DUIs "count" in Colorado. I'm not sure if CO has a felony DUI law for habitual offenders. However, most states that do have such laws only use DUIs committed in the previous 5-7 years when considering a felony charge. If you have had no DUIs in over 7 years and a total of 3 DUIs in your life, I doubt that you have to worry about a felony habitual DUI offender charge. However, prior DUI convictions may be considered during sentencing, if you are convicted.
