Lifetime Revocation and Reinstatement of Drivers License in Alaska

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Alaska
I received a conviction of a felony DUI in 2003 and am seeking the right process for reinstatement.
What is the most appropriate way to go about a reinstatement of my DL? I have fulfilled all of the obligations of revocation Sentence,5 years probation with 2 probation violations, rehab,voting rights restored and no offenses for over 5 years,Except being able to pay off the fine ($10,000 ouch) Paying it off slowly though.I would just like to be able to function in society ie: driving to work etc. I live remotely here and am experiencing hardship I want to be more productive in society and pay bills. Would there be a chance of getting a limited license? Can I reinstate my license with a lifetime revocation? What are the insurance requirements?

Unless there is a way, time and process to attack the original conviction under state law, not a chance.

Now if there is an Alaska law that says a lifetime revocation is cabable of being vacated or changed or reconsidered if you play nice for a while, go for it. Never have heard of such a thing. Would love to see any law that says, just kidding.

Alaska would have to be one of the very worst places not to have a driver's license.

But seriously. How does one even have a car to drive, much less insurance, after multiple DUI convictions, before getting to the point of a lifetime revocation?

You need to do some legal research yourself. Nobody here is going to know this off hand and why should anyone care? Do your own research and waste your own time.

And there is no chance in hades of you getting what you want before the fine is paid off. Nobody in a position to do anything is going to care what you want.
