When Can You Get an Annulment in Michigan

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Michigan
My sister has been married a little over two months, her husband had sent my 12 yo daughter a message on Skype saying I love you very much sexy. After being confronted he in turn did it again same message I love u very much sexy. She just recently found out by accident that he really wanted to be with her daughter not her. They have fought every day since they got married and he's verbally abusive to my 7yo nephew and he hits my sister. My question is does she have enough to get an annulment or does she need to get a divorce?

A recap he's verbally misconducted his self to my 12 yo daughter.
verbally abuses my 7yo nephew.
physically abusive to my sister. he's hit her took her keys and phone and shoved her down and sat on her so she couldn't leave the house.
He's snapped her oldest daughters bra.
He was talking about sexual things two a 12yo 13yo and a 15yo one of them was about my nieces boobs and what he wanted to do to them.

I say that's a pedophile but he has no record except when my husband and i called the police about the messages he sent to my daughter,
nothing was done about it except a warning.
What should she do get an annulment or a divorce?
