Default Can I Subpoena Personal Correspondence from My Ex- and How

My question involves a marriage in the state of: WV

Between August 2010 and January 2011, I mailed dozens of pieces of correspondence to my ex and our children. I would like to subpoena that correspondence and have had no success finding the procedure in the WV code or by googling. So, any help would be appreciated.

I wonder if it's theoretically possible (I understand she can lie about not having them, or, in fact, simply may not) to subpoena such a thing and what process I would follow if it is.

For clarification, she is not my legal ex- at this point. We are legally married and going through the divorce now. And, again, I appreciate any possible help on this. Thank you.

there has to be a valid basis for the demand for any discovery. What is yours?
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
