Do I Have to Inform My Estranged Husband I Am Pregnant

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California.

My husband and I separated following three turbulent years of marriage. He is currently living in another state with another woman, and I am wondering if I am legally obligated to tell him I'm pregnant. Before anyone asks, it is his baby we've been separated for about three months and I found out I was pregnant about two months ago. Do I have to list him as the father? He and I have had no communication, and I have put off filing for divorce as I didn't know if I have to inform him. I can all but guarantee he wouldn't want anything to do with a baby, and I certainly don't want to have anything to do with him. So, am I legally obligated to inform him I'm pregnant with his baby even though we are separated?

Well, you can't get divorced (legally, anyway) WITHOUT telling the court that you're pregnant so.....
