Do Tickets from All Counties for a Hold on a License Show Up on DMV Print Out

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: California

I went to the dmv and got a print out for my tickets to pay in order to get my license unheld. I paid them all and now I'm able to get my DL back. Here's the twist: I went to court for the last ticket listed and paid it off right after sentencing. In the same day, I got arrested and found out that I had a warrant out for my arrest for an unpaid traffic ticket in that county and they set me up with a court date. I figured since I paid all the tickets on the list from the dmv that I didn't have any other tickets. Is this true?

All the DMV list tells you are the tickets that are holding your license from being reinstated. It is not necessarily all the pending charges against you.

Was the warrant for failing to appear on the ticket you had just cleared up earlier in the day? If so, your appearance just hadn't worked through the system yet to have the warrant removed from the computer.

Not necessarily true. You might only know of those cites that have been reported to the DMV due to an abstract of a conviction, or a failure to appear that results in your license suspension. There may be citations out there that have NOT been reported to the DMV just yet, or ever.

I'm a little concerned that you might not know how many or where you have had citations.
