My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Arkansas
Does getting married as a minor emancipate you? Also, if your spouse is at least 18 years old, does that make them your legal guardian?

In the state of Arkansas, you may not marry if you are under the age of 18 without consent of both of your parents, and both parents must be physically present to sign the marriage book. Additionally, the Center for Arkansas Legal Services says you must also have judicial permission.
IF you obtain all relevant consent, then you will be considered to be emancipated through marriage. Your spouse will not be your guardian.
