    Default How to Draft A Will That Can't Be Revoked

    My question involves estate planning in the state of:

    Texas. Is there any way to make a will that cannot be changed? The person is of sound mind now, but quite elderly, and we are afraid he could at some point be talked in to anything.

    The elderly person can talk to an estate planning lawyer about such estate planning mechanisms as an irrevocable trust.
