My question involves defamation in the state of: Florida

If the copyright holder objects to the use of the photographs they can ask the host to take down the pictures or file a DMCA take-down notice.

If you cannot figure out how to report an abusive blog to blogger / Google, you're not trying very hard. Read this.

who took the picture and did you sign any contract, if you took the picture and sent it to somebody (Sexting) then you have really no help in the matter, you left yourself open when you sent the pictures to somebody else, email the blog and ask them to remove it.

IF you signed the rights or a contract giving somebody the right to do what they want with them then again you left yourself open.

Moral to the story *dont take naked pictures of yourself..... period.....
