Default Is a Spouse's Bisexuality Grounds for Annulment

My question involves a marriage in the state of: California

I recently marriage 6mos ago. Before the marriage I asked my now husband about his sexuality. He clearly stated that he was straight and only dated women. I soon found that to be a lie. He admitted recently that he is bi-sexual. I also found emails to his lover that's dated 9 days after our marriage.
Question: Can I get this marriage annulled based on these facts? Thanks a bunch!

Seems to me that you can, on the grounds of fraud:

Fraud: Either party got married or registered the domestic partnership as a result of fraud. The fraud must have been about something vital to the relationship that directly affected why the party who was deceived agreed to the marriage or domestic partnership. Some examples are marrying only to get a green card or hiding the inability to have children.
