Default Loss of confidence in one's attorney

I hope this is the appropriate forum for this matter. I have been involved in a property dispute for a year. A complaint and an answer have been filed. Depositions have been taken. The attorneys for the parties have met with the judge. A complaint by me against a third party has been drafted by my attorney allegedly at the behest of the judge as a means to “bring them in” to the case. I have not yet agreed to this complaint because it appears to me that this document as drafted if filed will all but concede the case. I do not wish to appear or be uncooperative but,. frankly, I have lost confidence in the competence and possibly the professionalism of my own attorney. What should I do?

Consult a new lawyer to see if your lawyer is handling your case properly, and to discuss the possibility of changing lawyers.
