    Default Inadequate Driveway Maintenance

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Ohio

my groundskeeper and i got into a argument (stupid decision i know). you see they have yet to fix my driveway fully and it is killing my cars shocks . in fact i took it to a car place to get the bottom checked out and the shocks and they said they is damage and the car needs repaired. i have pictures of the driveway where it is just basically gravel where i come in and out of the drive way and it is just tearing up the undercarriage of the car and the driveway was to high to begin with and they grinded it, thus the gravel to begin with. so he came out and did it once and asked me if it was alright, i went down it a few times and thought it was at the time so i said yes it is alright.

sure enough i come in that night and it scrapes and my shocks make the horrible noise they always do when i go in the driveway and i am mad and i go to the office the next and they tell me they will talk to the guy. so a few weeks go by and i see this grounds keeper again and this is when we get into a argument. he tells me that he is under no circumstances grinding the driveway anymore. so i fire back with is the my responsibility or yours to do this he said it was there all in the while getting so irate and stating for me to grind it myself and that if i didn't want to i should just move out. i raised my voice as he raised his i am not moving out i have no where to go and my mobile home is here and i don't have the money to move it. so he yells at me and tells me that he is not doing it so i tell him do not yell at me. he said why don't you just again and i again said no. so time he tells me he is going to make me move by making my life a living hell and them where his words. so then he leaves

now here is the problems i see with this

#1. he tells me he is going to bully me into leaving the mobile home park. because i went over his head the first time and told the park manager he refused to do anything to the driveway

#2. he didn't correctly fix my driveway to begin with and it ruined my cars bottom and shocks

now i know 1 is illegal to landlords but i dont know about groundskeepers and i really dont know where number 2 falls in the laws but i can get statements from the place i am leasing the car from the shocks where not this bad when i got it. and there was no damage to the underbelly of the car

so i guess my question is what can i do about this should i call a lawyer?

If the groundskeeper won't do his job, it's appropriate to talk to his boss.

If his boss has instructed him to fix your driveway and he will not, talk to his boss again.
