Outstanding Incorporated Business Taxes

Hello - Great Forum - Happy to be on here asking my question.

Been married to my wife for about 7 years now. She is a citizen and I am a British Citizen. Currently in the process of putting the application for citizenship together. The question I have is that about 4 years back I established a incorporated company (S CORP) that made revenue for about a year. I paid all taxes on earned revenue. At the end of 2008 I basically stopped trading without officially closing the company out. I understand that there are yearly fees that are required to keep a company open. I stopped receiving those notices about 2 years back.

Will these unpaid company related dues affect my application in any way? I am up to date on ALL my personal taxes etc...

Your business tax liability is not going to be an issue with the USCIS when they review your petition for naturalization.
