Red face Can a School Make a Child Stay in Full Time Education if He Only Needs 1 Credit

My question involves defamation in the state of: Missouri.

My child and I was told four months ago they would remove him from this class that he did not sign up for. they told him he would be out of this class within three weeks. It's four months later and now the teacher is writing him up all the time. I talk to the principle and he said, he would talk to the teacher. In the meantime, my son has been going to this school for four years, never once in trouble.

All of a sudden they are making out that my son is the one that is at wrong here. They even threaten that he would not graduate. He only has twenty days left. This an education paying for his special education. I feel they don't want him to go down to 1/2 time because the school will no longer get paid for this child.

    What do you think?

Any chance your child is misbehaving or disrupting the class?

    Perhaps not making the grade?

Have you talked to your coordinator?
