One assumes you signed up for the Delayed Entry Program?
If so, write a letter to your recruiter, stating your intent to not go.
Read here, and consider calling the hotline listed to speak with a counselor about how to proceed. Exiting the DEP may impact your ability to enlist later if you change your mind again.

I am a former NCO with ten years of service. You will not get into trouble if you don't go. You only get into trouble if you have actually gone to basic training. Once you arrive you are officially there's! Don't sweat it.
