My question involves a child custody case from the State of:Missouri my husband and I are getting custody of his two girls age 6 and 8 when we first got the girls over a year ago we were granted a full order or protection against the Bio mom the judge gave her supervised visits at her moms house starting in November in January the mom sent a letter to the judge saying she no longer wanted to supervise her visits the judge did no receive it when it went to court so the visits continued and again in March the grandma gave us a letter again saying she would no longer allow suppervised visits witch we went to court on Monday and my husband offered supervised visits ever wens Thurs Fri sat and the mom forfieted visits tell trial now she is saying if she cant have the kids no one will and she threatened to bomb her moms house and that she would not go to her mom and dad funeral but will come to spit on there grave and also she keeps make hateful comments about my husband and u and our kids and some of her family members trial is may 30 and I am just wondering what are chances are of getting full custody and her getting no visits as she is a danger to the kids and also I want to know what to do about the current threats the Bio mom has mental illnesses and a criminal history and drug history and even girls grandma and grandpa agree that the girls do not need to be around there mom until she gets rxstensive mental and drug her and a place to live cause right now she lives in a cab over camper with s pitbull please and advice or help

No one here can answer that. The courts do not operate on "chances", they operate on facts, and we are not privy to all of the facts surrounding your case.

Is the order of protection still in place? If it is, you might want to start by letting the court know that she is making these threats.
