Using Images You Find Online

My question involves business law in the state of: Florida

I'm looking into starting a small business creating flash cards. I want to include images on the flash cards themselves, how can I legally use random images I find online?

You ask the copyright owner for permission to use the image.

I agree, for your own protection, I would either use your own images you create or public domain images, especially for something of a commercial or business nature.

...or go to one of the royalty free or fixed royalty, or find some that have a Creative Commons license that is compatible with what you want to do with them.
