Found on the internet does not equate to public domain.
I agree, for your own protection, I would either use your own images you create or public domain images, especially for something of a commercial or business nature.
...or go to one of the royalty free or fixed royalty, or find some that have a Creative Commons license that is compatible with what you want to do with them.
