Rights to House Built on Land Owned by Spouse's Family

My question involves marriage law for the State of: Texas

My husband and I are going thru some difficulties, I dont want to divorce him but i dont know what he if he wants to divorce or not but just in case I would like to know what are my right over the house that we built in my husband's family property? That Land belongs 50% to his mom, 25% to his brother and 25% is his. It has not been divided. We have a flock in this place which I've been taking care of them ever since we bought them and also I've been taking a good care of the land where we live. If he decide to divorce me what would be my rights? Thanks
