Default What Can They Take in a Forclosure

My question involves a mortgage in the state of: PA/SC
I have to properties, one in PA (Rental) and the other in SC (primary home). I'm wondering if I forclosed on the house in PA., can they also take my house in SC?

You don't foreclose, you default. The bank forecloses. If the foreclosure sale doesn't clear what the bank is owed, they can sue you for the deficiency. Chances are they can't force the sale of the SC house, but they certainly can lien so that if you eventual sell it, after any senior liens are satisfied, they get their money.
