Default Will I Be a Runaway if I Move Without Parental Permission

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Washington

I am 17. I want to move out right now because of my parents. my bf and his mom agreed to let me move in with them. Can I move in with them now without being reported a runaway and getting myself and them in trouble. I turn 18 in less than 2 months. Also i still want to be able to go to school, will my parents be able to stop me?

No. You live where your parents say you live until you turn 18, and not one instant before.

It's only two months. You can deal.

Life is hard. Get used to it, because it doesn't get any easier.

Your option, once again, is to stay put until you turn 18. At 12:01AM on your 18th birthday, you can pack up, move out, and never look back. Be careful about burning your bridges, though. If you leave on bad terms, you're going to be in quite a bind when things with the boyfriend go sour and you need a place to go.

Running away will not only get you charged and thrown in Juvi, it will get the people who take you in charged with harboring a runaway. You'd put people you care about in legal jeopardy because you want to go play house with your boyfriend? Selfish, impatient, immature, and not ready for prime time. Suck it up and deal. You'll be dealing with much worse in the real world.
