My question involves civil rights in the State of: georgia
Divorce and child custody.
Judge rules during cross examination of husband that he will allow exhusband to participate in wifes therapy treatment without knowing any past or current treatment. furthermore Judge rules that if therapist refuses to speak to exhusband visitation is denied. husband has to be provided a letter 3 weeks before by the visitation and access to all medical records and speak to therapist verbally. If this is denied wife cannot see child. Judge forced a 24 month treatment plan without having all the facts presented to him.
