Child Returned from Visitation With Tick Bites

Here's the question.When is enough, enough? My exhusband hasn't seen his kids going on 2 years ago. Last Friday I go to my attorney's office to file a petition and low and behold, his attorney is on the phone demanding vistation for my exhusband. Knowing that because my child support paymets are current I have to give them to him, I even offered the Labor Day holiday.
BIG MISTAKE!
Last night my children came in the house smelling of dead animal and I picked 14 Ticks off of ONE OF MY CHILDREN. 4 of which was on his testicles. My family is furious. My exhusband is so lazy that he couldn't even give them a bath or see if my kids had ticks after a day of 4 wheeling. All three of my kids were hungry, wanting hot showers, and started running fevers.

Then my middle son, when asked if he had dirty clothes from the weekend, explains that his dad dropped beer down his shirt while riding him on a 4 wheeler- Isn't this child endangerment?

Not only that, but he's wanting his child support lowered! My kids come home and tell me that he has a new Harley, new Ford Dodge and new 4 wheelers. I'm struggling to keep the cable on. But yet he wants to take money away from them!?

How can I keep from my children from going through this. I don't want to have to spend the rest of my life worrying about my children being around the one person that should be good to them in the first place.

And the mental crap, OH MY GOD! telling my son that he's had a heart attack and was in the hospital for two weeks and they found him laying at work almost dead..............surprisingly though.............no surgery! And my child is feeling guilty of it.

What can I do?

Tell us what your attorney says.
Did you take your children to the hospital to document all of this?
It is important if the ticks carried disease for your child to receive prompt treatment, who better to document it. Take them to their peditrician today if you didn't upon their return.
A person can have a heart attack without having surgery.
