The justice system just so happened to work in your favor this time. The bystander saw wood so it's sorta obvious that the prosecutor simply failed to make a compelling enough case for the jury to buy into.

You are most likely lucky and not innocent.
Sorry , but having an erection is not the crime, the crime is Intent for someone to see. Since changing clothes was the intent, and having an erection nothing more then that, then you cant prove anything. You would have to show some kind of proof that I intended for someone to see me. Being naked is not the crime, Intention is, I cant say that enough. My story didnt change, hers did. She made herself look bad, not me.

You guys are something else. I was happy to come back here to say I was acquitted , and you try to steal the excitement from me. The stress of this entire thing, and now its all gone. You can call it BS all you want, but the fact is the jury said not guilty, the judge looked at me, and said your acquitted and free to go. I have nothing to prove to you all, and have no reason to make you believe anything any different. You cant steal my happiness of being acquitted away. My life can move on now, and I no longer have to worry about losing my Job, or losing my future. Best part of all of this, is I dont even wish to come back here ever again. You can troll some other person. Later guys, I have a life to live now , with out your alls nonsense in it. Dont bother replying, I wont ever back back to see it. Deleting the book mark right now.

Oh man! I can handle most anythin' except rejection! And deleting the bookmark?!? If I had feelings that'd possibly hurt 'em.

Justifying wood in public is pretty much multi-level preverted if ya ask me!

really? I think you need to check a few statutes. Being naked in public in almost every state is a crime regardless of the intent. In fact, accidental exposure can be a crime depending on the circumstances. Your exposure was intentional so you were guilty of at least that.

Beyond that, again, your statements here and your claimed testimony conflict each other. Your statements here argue your testimony was false.

Don't kid yourself, cmecu. It was obvious from the start that you got caught with your pants down (so to speak) and came here to test drive your defense. Really obvious. In fact, instead of getting snotty with this forum, you can thank it for serving its purpose as you intended. After being made aware of the nonsensical inconsistencies here, you probably had them all very neatly explained away by the time you got to court.

If you actually were found not guilty (which is, as someone has already said, not the same as being found "innocent") it was because the prosecution failed to make its case. That was probably due to the woman making a poor witness.

You need to find a different, non-public way to satisfy your fetish. Your luck will not hold out forever.
