Horsepuckey. There is a reasonable presumption that upon entering a public restroom, you might accidentally see some exposed bits. Urinals, much?

I'm calling BS on the "nude changing clothes" bit, too. There is no requirement to strip completely naked in order to change clothes. One half of the bod at a time, dude. If I can manage it with full bedlah, you can manage it with jeans and a sweatshirt.

That's what handicapped stalls are for.

Expect the judge to tell you to suck it up, buttercup.
WHo ever said I was completely naked at any time ? I never did. I was even covered with my coat and clothed I took off, my shorts and coat covered my lower half up.
Also no need to start with name calling, call someone else butter cup ok ? Act some what civilized please.

    Viol8te i was never arrested.

    You did:

I beg to differ, PUBLIC restroom, if your nude changing clothes in a bathroom, your still in a public restroom, people still can walk in and see you.
So now you're claiming that this was a hypothetical reason for you not getting out of the public's view to change clothes?

    Act some what civilized please.
You should talk. I'm not the one who has to explain to the judge why I shouldn't be punished for my indecent exposure charge, and I'm civilized enough to take my fluffy ass into the bathroom to change my clothes when the need occasionally arises.

You know, this OP really seriously needs to hire a lawyer and then sit down and shut up. I was willing to believe, early on, that he was just lacking in common sense. Five pages later he has convinced me that he gets his jollies by taking his clothes off in public, with the excitement coming from doing it unseen. When he was seen, he panicked and is trying his story out on us.

Well, chum, it didn't work; you're just digging yourself in deeper every time you open your mouth. For your own sake, SHUT YOUR TRAP before you end up in jail.

pull in between to vehicles to give me cover, look around, no one around, quickly grab clothes from bag, slip of shoes, pull down shorts undies came with them, keeping delf still covered with coat, ( some point in time women walks by ) underwear and pants go on,

I think you really need to be quiet and speak to your attorney and your attorney only. I can take your logic up to a point. I can sort of get your spontaneous, weather ignorant, mall parking lot change. I agree a car makes a better dressing room than a public restroom (except for the whole risk of being charged as a sex offender bit). So I get everything you say, I follow, right up until the point where you lose your underwear. At that point you lose me. Don't bother explaining why those underwear needed to come off or how they came down...

That admission pretty much validates the woman's report of your actions. Maybe she was mistaken about what you were doing, maybe not, but she did apparently see you exposed, thus the indecent exposure charge. You can't expose yourself in public.

I think I was your most sympathetic audience here, but the more you talk, the deeper you dig that hole.

Its nothing more then your speculation. Prove the facts that I get jollies ? I havent changed my story.. The only thing that is getting different is you all getting more and more hostile, and prejudice, and immature on top of that. I was hoping to see some what grown up proffesional people on here talking, but I see these forums are no different from that bickering threads of comments on MSN.com or something. People just trash talking each other. Yes I am civilized. Changing clothes in a vehicle might not be common sense to you, but it was the best option at the time.
Indecent exposure is the intent, not being naked, but the intent of someone seeing me. You all are too jaded or close minded to even think any more, everyone is guilty period. I dont care what you all think, I know for a fact I did nothing more then just change clothes to go shop. NO intentions, no desires, no fantasies , I will make sure point is known, and hope that someone with a rational mind will be on the jury to believe I am innocent, and there honestly was not intent. They want to get me for being nude in public, thats fine, Ill agree to that, but to someone to accuse me of doing something I did not boils my water.
This thread has degraded too much for me to bother coming back. Even if found guilty, its highly unlikely I will get anything more then probation and some community hours, but regardless I will appeal. I just dont like being accused of something I didnt do , or people trying to tell me how I feel, or what I was doing when they werent there to witness anything.

Reply if you want, but I wont be back until after the court date. Well see if its good news or not.

I would shut up and talk to only your lawyer.

You are going on the sex offender registry for the rest of your life otherwise.

You want a professional to hold your hand and cluck at you? Pay one. Elsewise, brush up your reading comprehension skills and have a look again at that Notice that appears at the bottom of every page in the forum.

I wont be back until after the court date.
We told you to do that five pages ago.

I'm betting that regardless of the actual outcome, he comes back and tells us that he got off scot free. Even if he has to post that message from his jail cell.

So dude...this has been my past few days...

Friday: Job interviews. I have a variety of skills. Place #1, dress and high heels. Slip into Mc'D's, (no one would have seen me in this stall), changed clothes, washed hands....hit up Place #2.

Saturday....same thing. 3 outfit changes in various bathroom stalls.

    Sunday....didn't need to change.

Monday: 3 changes. Public restroom off highway. Next interview. Next clothing change at a Taco Bell bathroom. Next interview. Run to the Michigan Works office (change clothes in their bathroom, get some resumes copies made, hit the road to the next interview...). The only thing I changed in my car or outside my car was....my shoes.

Point being....do you see how easy and logical this is? I was able to change clothes, and not expose myself to anyone...

I'm a pretty chick so I do draw attention wherever I go....so I just be very quick and efficient when changing, and try to bring attention to myself. It really is simple.
