How to Get an Annulment Based on Paternity Fraud

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Arizona

-Girlfriend pregnant August 2010
-Married April 2011
-Paternity test results received April 2012
-I am not the child's bio father

Does this seem pretty cut and dry? I do not want to pay child support and I'd like my name taken off of the birth certificate. I am seeking a family attorney tomorrow. Thank you in advance.

What evidence do you have that your wife knew you were not the father? Pretty clearly, you could have been.

I get your point; there is no way to determine that she defrauded me. Divorce it is.

The only evidence I could think of is the fact that we didn't have sex during the time she was impregnated.
