Sham Marriage

I reported my wife to the immagration hotline on several issues ranging from
application fraud, abuse of gov funds through for education and other things
that has lead this marriage of five years to be fraudulent. We are in the middle of our divorce and have not establish perminant custody agreement
nor a perminant property distrubution. She is from Italy and has perminant
resident status, but under false pretense that I have discovered. If she is
brought forward to be judge of her action and is deported voluteerly or order
how would that affect my custody battle of my american born son and the unsettled marital property...

She would still be entitled to seek custody and parenting time, and her immigration status would have no effect on property division.
