My question involves real estate located in the State of Gujarat, India

My Father bought a land @ 10 acres in Vapi in 1974. He being a Govt. Servant was not able take care of the land.
My father permitted his 3 brothers to do farming on our land so that our land can be maintained.
Time has gone by. My father has now retired and wants to go back to our mother land.
All three of my uncle has built house on our land.
In 7/12 records land is on my father`s name.
But house they built is on there`s name.
They are not leaving and my cousins are threatening my father every day.

My father is fighting these from past two years running from this office to that but all in vain.

Can you please assist.
