Unhappy Surrendering a Fathers Rights to Get Out of Support

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: New York
Ok I hope my question belongs here if not feel free to move the post to the appropriate category.
My question is this what must be met for a father to surrender his rights to a child and not have to pay child support.

Give me a break. You are posting about child support, so if you had spent ten seconds looking you would have posted in the child support forum, which sits right next to the one in which you posted.

Generally speaking, "what must be met" is the successful completion of an adoption.
