My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: California
So if my Dr says I cant do what I was doing before what happens? I am currently on light duty and being paid by my company for same. So if Dr says I cant go back to heavy construction work then what? I know there is no other position here for me but since they have had me on light duty 1 does that mean anything? Basically I dont want to end up without money coming in. If I am understanding correct and they dont have work and get rid of me do I get disabilty? If so how long etc... Any info would be helpful.
