How Can I Find Out Which Agency is Following Me

My question involves police conduct in the State of: New Jersey. I am currently under HEAVY surveillance in New Jersey. The cars that follow me are mostly foreign (Japanese) the windows are blacked out and each vehicle makes a distinct electronic sound. All of them have NY license plates although I reside in NJ. They do not try to hide the fact that they are following me. Has ANYONE ever experienced ANYTHING like this? They follow me to work, to the supermarket, family events etc.... etc. At one point they were actually monitoring me from inside the building I live in (they temporarily took over my neighbors apartment). Who has this type of power? Local cops? FBI? DEA? How do I find out? Please help me if you can. Thanks

I’m hope you are already aware that your post raises the question in reader’s minds of the possibility that you are suffering from paranoid delusions. If you are not so aware, please consider that possibility. How did you become aware that these people “took over” your neighbor’s apartment? Is this the same few cars following your (verified by license plate number) or does any car with a NY plate seem to be following you?

If you are aware of how your claims appear to others, and are convinced that your observations are completely lucid, contact the local police and ask them to contact the people following you.

If it seems unreasonable to you that others do not readily accept your observations, you should seek assistance from a mental health professional.

Are you doing anything that would warrant such attention? Have you broken any laws lately? Made any comments that might have been misunderstood by a bystander and reported?

From a practical perspective, such surveillance is so cost prohibitive that unless you are John Gotti or the heir of Osama Bin Laden, no one could afford to undertake such manpower intensive operations for days on end ... and if you KNOW you are being followed, there would be really no point in their activity. (And they did not conduct such intense surveillance even on Gotti!)

I suggest you speak with a therapist.

Not to mention that it would be the RARE governement agency that would possess foreign-made service vehicles (unless they were agency impounds that got converted).

Well, it wouldn't be reasonable for a reasonable person to accept unreasonable observations unless they were observed by an unreasonable person...unreasonable observations from an unreasonable person would cancel out the unreasonableness and, therefore, be reasonable.
