Terminating a Father's Rights for Adoption

My question involves child support in the State of: Texas

I want to know what i have to do to have his rights terminated. he doesnt see my daughter, has never paid child support and my boyfriend who my daughter knows as daddy wants to adopt her. what do i need to do and how can i get this done? I appericate and advise you could give, Thanks!

Was paternity legally established to begin with? What court orders are currently in place? How old is the child, and when was the last time he was in contact with her?

When do you and your boyfriend plan to marry? (Even if Dad goes along with an adoption proceeding, the courts won't unless you're married.)

he signed the birth certificate. all we have is the standard attorney general visitation. my daughter is 3.5 yo. He hasnt seen her in about 3 years. we werent planning on getting married, so now that i know that, can i still take the biological fathers rights away. in the even that something was to happen to me i dont want him getting her. hes a drug addict and doesnt have a home, or anything.
