It's going to depend on the full facts and the state involved.
I thought finals were over. Possibly a short essay question from a legal ethics class?
Behind the badge is a person. Behind the person is an ego. This is as it should be, person at the center and ego to the back.
asked because this happened to people i knew and was wondering if the arestees could find their names and retaliate. Two juvies mugged three juvies i knew and cut one. There was no court as far as the victims knew. They had to wait weeks to get their belongings back from HQ. The perps were found right after the incident and brought to station in cuffs while the story unfolded to police. The perps and victims were in seperate rooms. The people I knew assumed the 2 juvie perps got arrested especially for the cut which required medical attention.
if the victims i knew buy a copy of the report, will it have the perps' names and will the perps know the victims got a copy of the report? can the perps buy a copy and find victims' names? this is or NJ and was years ago.
