If you do not have a proven track record of supporting yourself 100% - paying market rate rent and utilities, purchasing your own food and clothing, working full time while maintaining stellar grades, and caring for yourself with no help from anyone else, you do not even have standing to file a petition for emancipation.
Even if you did have the means to support yourself, if your father opposed the petition, that would be Game Over.
