Jurisdiction of International Courts

My question involves court procedures for the state of: NH

If a foreign court issues an order or a writ of some kind, does an American College come under its jurisdiction? The college is trying a student for a plagiarism case and the student is a national of another country. Can a court of this students country get a Stay Order put on the verdict – thereby meaning that status quo has to be maintained till the college justifies why it is suspending the student?

Um....no. The student has to handle this on their own through the school's student judiciary.
