Default Can You Appeal a Case Based on Judicial Bias

My question involves civil rights in the State of: California. If you are a defendant in a criminal case and you have a bench trial, and are convicted for 16 years, could you appeal your case based on the grounds of judicial bias, sinse the judge who sentenced you happened to be the judge who sentenced you i two other separate criminal cases. Couldnt the judge have an opinion of you based on the other convictions he sentenced you to in prior cases.?

In a word no. The judge might have been recused earlier, though doubtful. It is way too late. Hopefully there are other grounds for appeal.
