According to the officer I spoke to, he didn't find what I wrote to be a "threat" and neither did any of the other officers. It doesn't really matter to me though. I'm not getting charged with anything else it's actually fighting someone, which would definitely be worth it.
First off, I didn't ask for "life advice". Thanks though, mom. You're welcome. Someone clearly needed to point how how idiotic the collective behavior of all involved is.
Maybe your parents raised you to be a punk, but mine most certaintly didn't. When someone wants to fight you, you fight them back. When someone says something to you, you say something back. Are you kidding? The mature way to behave is to walk away from ridiculous confrontations like this.
it's actually fighting someone, which would definitely be worth it. Then by all means, enjoy the assualt charges, jail time and possible civil penalties you well could be facing.
