    Default Criminal Conversation Lawsuits

My question involves a marriage in the state of: IL.

How can one prove Criminal Conversations. I know you have to prove that both parties had Sexual Intercourse. Do you need photos or video or would emails hold up in court?

    The elements are described here.

You need sufficient evidence to prove the acts at issue. What evidence you have and how strong it is? I can't answer that, as I can't see it from here.
