My question involves a marriage in the state of: NJ
Is there some realistic way to pursue an arrears of pendente lite spousal support, when the owing spouse has moved out of state and claims to be unemployed? Can something be "tagged" to the owing spouse's social security number, to collect against income tax returns, or automatically when the owing spouse is employed?
Owing spouse is over 6 months in arrears, has moved to Florida, and either quit or lost employment, once a payroll deduction of support was achieved through the owing spouse's then-employer.
