My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York
Well, about a year ago I was 14 and shoplifted from Spencers. My mom came to the store and the police werent involved and it was 20 dollars worth of items. I got charged with fine less than one hundred dollars and didn't have to go to court or anytrecord hing. I was wondering what is on my record because of this? And, on sites do I have to say I've commited these crimes because no police were involved? Thank you in advance.
